Dorothy Stubblebine has thirty years of experience in progressively responsible business activities. Dorothy has worked in the banking, manufacturing and utility industries and her most recent corporate experience was as Vice President of Human Resources for the generic division of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in Cherry Hill, NJ. Since July of 2000, Dorothy has been a Managing Principal in DJS Associates consulting with senior management in a wide range of strategic activities. She has experience in Organizational change, alignment of the Human Capital plan with the firm’s strategic plan, and Strategic planning. She completed a strategic plan for the GC Red Cross and a large northeast utility. She is a frequent speaker at business conferences throughout the US. Her work has included coaching developing, emerging, and strategic leaders to improve organizational outcomes. In that capacity, Dorothy works for DJS Associates in executive coaching and OD. She is also the executive coach for the Rutgers Family Business Institute.

Dorothy holds a BA from Rowan University where she graduated cum laude and was the winner of the Distinguished Business Alumni award in 2012. She received the 2014 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Delaware Valley SHRM groups. She holds a lifetime certification from the Society of Human Resource Management as a Sr. Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Dorothy’s other professional activities include instructor for the HR certification class at Rowan University, a judge for both the HR Person of the Year award and the HR Department of the Year award. In 2003 Dorothy was honored as the HR Person of the Year by the Delaware Valley Chapters of SHRM. She is past President of the Rowan University Alumni Association, serves as the Vice-Chair of the Business Advisory Board, and is a member of the Foundation Board. Dorothy was the Director of the Garden State Council of SHRM for the years 2001-2003, and serves as a Founding member of the Camden Courier Post business advisory board. Dorothy served as the HR expert on the Universal Accreditation Board for the Public Relations Society from 2005-8. Currently, Dorothy is serving on the ANSI Standards committee for SHRM. This group will develop an American National Standard for the HR profession. She is a former Board member (2012-14) of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group (GPSEG), and serves on their Leadership team.
