Frank Cymbala is President and CEO of Communications Services & Support (CSS), a full-service marketing firm and strategic printing resource. CSS provides comprehensive advertising direction, from strategy to execution, across all channels of communication. Under Mr. Cymbala’s leadership, CSS has been recognized twice by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies.

While CSS services clients across a diverse range of industries, Mr. Cymbala has always maintained a passion for working with the non-profit sector. In addition to the work done through CSS, Mr. Cymbala actively contributes to a number of community organizations. Currently, he serves as a member of both the Planning & Marketing Committees for Creative Montco, a civic organization aimed at cultivating the cultural and economic future of Montgomery County. He is also a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Philadelphia, The American Friends of Italy Foundation, and the Philadelphia chapter of the Institute for Supply Management, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Future Fund.

Mr. Cymbala is a graduate of Philadelphia’s Drexel University, where he received a BS in Accounting and an appreciation for the spirit of entrepreneurship. Throughout his career, he has maintained an active involvement with the institution, and recently ended his decade long tenure on the University’s Alumni Board of Governors. Mr. Cymbala is also Co-Chair of both the Drexel University Community Service Committee for the advancement of West Philadelphia and the Drexel University Alumni Club of Montgomery County and received the University’s 2016 Service to the Community award. Aside from these roles, his most passionate endeavor with the university is fostering the development of future entrepreneurial leaders and successful new ventures through CSS’s support of the Baiada Institute for Entrepreneurship’s  Annual Business Plan Competition.

Beyond his present affiliations, Mr. Cymbala has a long history of community service. He is a former President of the Rotary Club of Blue Bell, and has opened his home to numerous foreign high school students through the Rotary International Exchange Program. Mr. Cymbala is a former member of the Business Advisory Group of Mercy Volunteer Corps, former Chair of Fundraising for LaSalle College High School and a former board member of the Inter-Faith Housing Alliance.
