Maria Baseggio

Maria Baseggio, President of SAGE Insights, is a Professional Implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®). She has a passion for helping entrepreneurs get what they want from their business by overcoming the challenges getting in the way of reaching their goals. Maria has been working with entrepreneurs since 2010 after leaving a successful corporate career which included leadership roles for a Fortune 500 technology services company where she consistently drove growth in North America and internationally.

As a Professional EOS Implementer, Maria coaches company leadership teams through the EOS Process which uses simple, practical tools to strengthen their business. With EOS, she helps business leaders get clarity on the company’s VISION, gain TRACTION on its execution with more discipline and accountability throughout the organization and become a more HEALTHY, cohesive, functional leadership team.

As an active member of the executive community in Philadelphia, Maria is chair of the governing body of AthenaPowerLink®, a regional business mentoring program that matches local women business owners with an advisory panel of experts focused on business growth and job creation. As a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Maria previously served on the board for the Philadelphia Chapter of NAWBO. Additionally, Maria continues to serve on the Board of Directors of Beacon, an executive networking association of experienced and successful business leaders, after having served as its chair for two years; serves on the Board of Directors of MEA (MidAtlantic Employers Assoc); and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Montgomery County.

In October 2015 Maria completed her volunteer service as President of P.E.O., a Philanthropic Educational Organization of nearly 240,000 women throughout the United States and Canada with headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa. P.E.O. provides financial assistance for women pursuing higher education and owns Cottey College, a liberal arts women’s college in Nevada, Missouri. Maria completed her 4-year term as an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees of Cottey College in October 2015.
